I am actively looking to acquire and grow a successful small business building on my career in entrepreneurship, technology and healthcare. I look forward to learning more about your business and the unique opportunities it presents.

Although I started off my career as an electrical engineer, I was quickly drawn to pursue technology within healthcare. I saw the potential of new technologies to improve the way the healthcare system works - a system that each of us relies on at some point in our lives for ourselves and our families.

After a number of years in bioengineering research, I competed my MBA part-time at the University of Toronto and moved into product and service innovation at LifeLabs, Canada’s largest medical diagnostic lab (owned by Quest Diagnostics). In this role, I had the opportunity to launch new services with front-line staff to improve access to lab testing, build partnerships with healthcare providers, and launch the latest diagnostic tests to over 13 million Canadians. I then dove into entrepreneurship, working with Babylon Health to launch virtual primary care services and AI-powered triage tools for urgent care during the pandemic. I co-founded Moneta Health, a venture capital-backed startup focused on helping older adults living with cognitive impairment and dementia to stay independent at home for as long as possible. As a founder, I grew this business to offer services in five states under Medicare reimbursement with excellent patient retention, satisfaction and significant clinical outcomes, focusing on rural areas and underserved communities.

Throughout my professional career, I have relied on core leadership principles in strong communication, accountability and continuous learning. My superpower is in developing strategy and motivating teams around a shared vision and goals, which I have done in companies from 10 to 5,000 people. As a business owner, I have been in the trenches and know how to roll up my sleeves to get things done with a small but mighty team. I am excited to apply these experiences to the next chapter of my career.

I am lucky to live in the beautiful northwest in Seattle with my husband and two children, balancing professional life with reading, travel and time in the mountains skiing and biking.
